The Fourth perfume launched by the brand after Le Dix (1947), La Fuite des Heures (1948) & Quadrille (1955), Nicolas Ghesquière, Artistic Director of the brand for the last 12 years, launches Balenciaga Paris. The perfume of this fragrance brings back the smells of flowers, the smell of an elusive memory & nostalgia. At the same time, Balanciaga Paris is full of eccentricity yet elegant, smooth & romantic, mixed with a touch of spicy urbanity; an amazing mix thanks to the blend of flowery essences, together with violet & pepper extracts.
The entirely faceted bottle reminds one of a beautiful Haute Couture dress, like a silhouette, reflecting the beauty of the classical lines & personality of the brand yet with subtlety.
Charlotte Gainsbourg is the muse of the new ad campaign, bringing inspiration to the great photographer Steven Meisel; she will once again be the icon of the “Made-in-France Label”; indeed, she perfectly embodies the values of Refinement, Authenticity & Elegance… French art!
